Get to Know Me
I am a trained facilitator of the Therapeutic Child Play program Learn to Play, a Certified LEGO®-Based Therapy Practitioner, and experienced in running group workshops such as Peaceful Kids and Girl Power Workshops Australia. I also offer these programs to local schools, organisations, and community groups, as well as within my play therapy clinic. Additionally, I have completed further training in AutPlay Therapy—a neurodiversity-affirming play therapy approach designed to support autistic and neurodivergent children—and in conducting Functional Capacity Assessments to help families navigate support systems like the NDIS.

Apparently, I’m also now an author of the neuroaffirming children’s book Uniquely You, Uniquely Me, which celebrates the strengths and differences of neurodivergent children and their peers.

As a neurodivergent mum of four, I bring both professional and lived experience to my work. My background includes supporting families from diverse backgrounds as a Family Services Practitioner within the Child, Youth, and Family Services sector and as an Early Parenting Practitioner at the Queen Elizabeth Centre—a well-respected Melbourne-based parenting education centre dedicated to strengthening parent-child relationships and early development.
